Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the cybersecurity industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base within the cybersecurity sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their cybersecurity needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cybersecurity products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on sales activities and pipeline status.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our cybersecurity offerings and expand our market presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
