We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision of a rapidly growing scale-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong developer background and experience in modern architectures, particularly in Kubernetes and Microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the technology strategy, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with business goals
– Contribute hands-on to development, with 20 percent of the role focused on building and scaling the technical environment
– Oversee the implementation of a scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and Microservices
– Drive architecture and system design to support long-term growth and innovation
– Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team
– Manage technical risk, security, and ensure the stability of infrastructure as the company scales
– Continuously innovate by adopting emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a scale-up environment
– Strong development background with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks
– Expertise in Kubernetes, Microservices, and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
– Success in building and scaling technical environments in a fast-growing company
– Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
