Role: – IT Asset Management Engineer
Mode of hiring/Duration: – 6 Months extendable.
Location: – Egypt
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Overall, 5 – 7 Years of IT experience. Proven experience in IT support, field engineering, or a similar role.
Experience in asset tagging and verification is highly desirable. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols. Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred.
