Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Tool Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of data privacy solutions, specifically in Securiti.ai, OneTrust, or BigID. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying and configuring these tools to support privacy management, regulatory compliance, and data governance initiatives within our organization.
Requirements and skills
- Experience: 2.5 + years minimum implementation experience including the application of structured implementation methodology.
- Skills such as:
- Web Technologies HTTP, HTML, Web Services, CSS, .net, Java/Java Scripting.
- RDBMS Database Technologies: SQL Query Writing, SQL Tuning, and Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle platforms (one is a must, both an advantage).
- Experience with Server Operating Systems (both Windows & Unix an advantage), TCP/IP, Clustering and Load Balancing (an advantage), and Issue/ Defect tracking tools.
- Implementation/configuration knowledge of anyone of Data privacy tools (Securiti.ai, OneTrust or BigID) is mandatory
- Characteristics: You should possess good communication skills and thrive in a team environment. You will excel in communicating technical issues to business people and business issues to technical people. Above all, you must have the desire to contribute to a well-established high performing team.
Tasks and duties
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements.
- Determining project parameters, timelines, and deliverables.
- Building and maintaining expert knowledge of technology solutions.
- Designing and testing a range of software and technical solutions.
- Driving the rapid adoption of new technologies, ideas, and processes.
- Creating user and training documentation and overseeing training sessions.
- Using data modeling and analysis to inform and illustrate solutions.
- Developing functional specifications for developers to implement.
- Creating testing and deployment processes and plans and overseeing deployments.
- Being the first point of contact and providing guidance and advice for the duration of a project.
