Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Abu Dhabi
Administration of Network and Endpoint assets.
Monitor & Maintain Solutions existing jobs / tasks (sync / backup / password management / reporting)
Monitor & Maintain daily, weekly, monthly & adhoc preconfigured notifications / reports / dashboards.
Perform Health Checks as per the schedule, Fine-tune and recommend fixes for issues if any discovered in Health Checks
Perform periodic configuration review.
Undertake the task of critical security patches to keep the Network and Endpoint Solution on a secure version.
Onboard new assets, accounts, and user policies into the Network and Endpoint Solution.
Work with OEM vendors if there is any case and follow up.
Assist L3 with his Roles and responsibilities
