Job Role: Program Manager

Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program activities, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
Manage program resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling, to optimize performance and outcomes.
Establish and track KPIs and metrics to monitor program progress and performance, driving continuous improvement.
Ensure all program activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and emerging trends to enhance program delivery.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology, Business Management or a related field.
PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Jira, Confluence etc)
Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preference to ISSS trained professionals
